Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking terms and cancellation policy, applicable to all of our yacht charters. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.
Booking
To secure the booking, a security deposit of $500 or $1000 USD, depending on the selected yacht, is required at least 48 hours before the charter begins. This deposit acts as a standard safeguard.
If the charterer plans to invite a personal chef onboard, an additional deposit of $1,000, is required at least 48 hours before the charter begins. This deposit acts as a standard safeguard.
The full payment of the charter cost is required before the charter begins. Based on a prior verbal agreement, this payment can be conveniently made on the yacht, providing flexibility and ease.
A full non-refundable prepayment is required for any special requests made by the charterer.
After the charter, if there are no unforeseen circumstances as specified in the agreement with the charterer, the security deposit will be refunded.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the charter, the security deposit and charter cost, if paid, will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is made by the charterer more than 48 hours before the charter begins, the security deposit and charter cost, if paid, will be refunded in full.
Any cancellations made by the charterer within 48 hours before the charter begins will result in the loss of the security deposit. The charter cost, if paid, will be fully refunded. We also offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, in which case the security deposit will be retained.
Refund Policy for Cancellations Due to External Factors
If the charter is canceled by the charterer due to adverse weather conditions, we offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, with the security deposit retained, or cancel the charter with the loss of the deposit and a full refund of the charter cost, if paid.
If the charter is canceled by us due to adverse weather conditions that compromise safety, we offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, with the security deposit retained, or provide a full refund of both the deposit and charter cost. We prioritize safety and comfort, fully understanding the unpredictability of weather.
Additional Important Information
Please note that all refunds will be processed using the same payment method only. The refund process may occur immediately or take up to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Please note that any services from third-party providers (e.g., catering, entertainment) are subject to the terms and conditions of their own contracts. We do not assume any responsibility for their services and are not a party to their contracts.
Our Cancellation Policy, or specific terms thereof, may be amended in the best interest of the charterer if mutually agreed upon, and the charterer has received confirmation from us via messages, email, or in writing.
