What is the maximum number of guests allowed on the yacht?
According to Federal Coast Guard regulations, a privately chartered yacht can accommodate a maximum of 13 people, including the charterer. This limit applies whether the yacht is cruising or anchored. If your group exceeds 13 guests, additional yachts will need to be chartered. Please be aware that the capacity may vary for smaller yachts due to their size.

Are children allowed on the yacht?
Yes, children are welcome on board our yachts, and we consider them valued guests. You are also welcome to bring entertainers to make the experience even more enjoyable. We remind you that for infants and young children, it’s very important to bring necessary supplies such as food, diapers, and any medications to ensure their safety and comfort.

Are pets allowed on board?
While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets on our yachts. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to prevent stress for the animals, as being on board can be quite unsettling for them. We appreciate your understanding.

Where does my yacht depart from?
The departure point for your yacht is typically within the area from North Bay Island to Miami Beach, including both locations. Nearby parking is provided for your convenience.

Are taxes, gratuities, and fees included in the charter price?
Please note that taxes and gratuities are typically not included in the advertised prices, which cover the standard cost of the yacht charter without any hidden fees or surprises. Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
To secure your booking, a security deposit of $500 or $1000 USD, depending on the yacht, is required at least 48 hours before the charter begins. While you can initially make a reservation without an immediate deposit, your booking may be at risk of cancellation if another charterer books the yacht for the same date and time and pays the deposit. The full payment of the charter cost is required no later than 2 hours prior to the commencement of the charter. Based on a prior verbal agreement, this payment can be conveniently made on the yacht, providing flexibility and ease.

Is cancellation by request allowed?
Life is full of surprises. If you notify us of any changes to your plans at least 48 hours before your charter, you will receive a full refund of the security deposit and charter cost. Please be aware that any costs for special requests, if applicable, are non-refundable. More detailed information is available in our Сancellation Policy.

Is it possible to arrange boarding and unboarding of passengers at a dock of my choice?
The possibility and cost of boarding or unboarding you and your guests at a dock other than the dock of departure are determined directly by the selected dock and are not regulated by our company. If you and your guests wish to begin or end the charter from a different dock, the time spent traveling from the dock of departure to the chosen dock will be deducted from the total charter time.
